I believe therapy can be a place where we begin to understand how our past shows up in our present and, through greater self-awareness, begin making meaningful changes.
Life inevitably brings difficult seasons, transitions, loss, and experiences that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward.
You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need or where to begin. We can figure that out together. My role is to provide support and guidance as you discover what matters to you, understand the patterns that may be affecting your life, and identify the changes you want to make.
I work with children and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, adjustment, grief and loss, or difficult life experiences.
I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and incorporate somatic approaches. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, understand the patterns that may be shaping your life, and create space for what is meaningful to you.
To me, healing isn’t about becoming a completely different person. It’s about understanding yourself with greater compassion, accepting where you are, changing the patterns that are no longer serving you, and learning to trust your own voice again.
