Welcome! I am passionate about providing a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to accomplish your goals. I believe in a collaborative approach to address difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to provide a whole-person approach to wellness. I genuinely believe that “understanding why people suffer, how they change, and how to help them live satisfying lives is a fascinating and important undertaking.” It is my sacred privilege to be a catalyst in your transformation process.

After receiving a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology from Brigham Young University and taking an academic hiatus, I returned to school to receive a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As an MFT, I am systems-trained to carefully consider how an individual is impacted by their relationships, family, culture, and society. I have experience working with clients of all ages who have a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and complex trauma. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. Additionally, I have co-facilitated trauma-informed parenting classes.

I grew up in Northern Virginia and have also lived in California, Utah, Nebraska, and currently here in Northern Colorado. After graduating from BYU, I dedicated my time to raising my three children, teaching fitness classes, and being an avid reader of all things health, psychology, and spirituality. Throughout my life, I have enjoyed being an active volunteer serving children, teens, and families through my church community. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, skiing, hiking, walking my dogs, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.

I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and healing!
